Whilst you were baking banana bread and delighting in your sourdough starter, 30 year old actor Jack Holden (who features above captured in his role as Edward II) wrote a one man play in Lockdown called Cruise, in which he also starred, which was nominated for an Olivier Award.
It returned to The Apollo late last summer and I went to see it after I met and scribbled the brilliant Jack at The Marlowe Sessions in May.
Set in the 80s, Jack's inspiration was a phone call he had while volunteering for the LGBT+ listening service Switchboard. "Stunningly funny and utterly charming, Holden is enchanting. He fills the stage to the point where you forget he’s acting alone", said The Guardian.
